Welcome to the Bug Report page. This section of our website is specifically designed as a space for our Bronze level and non-maintenance customers to report bugs.

In many cases what is perceived as a bug may actually have a workaround, or can also be from improper use of the tool. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a response to all bug reports but we will attempt to reproduce the problem. Once this is accomplished, we will repair the problem and have a fix available in one of the next quarterly updates. If you need an immediate fix for your problem, our Gold Level of service offers fixes in between our regular updates. PCI Geomatics appreciates you taking the time to help us improve our products.
