PCI Geomatics Announces Senior Executive Appointment

Richmond Hill, Ontario – January 24, 2008: PCI Geomatics announced today that it is enhancing its management structure to support its evolving US and international business presence and growth. John T. Werle has been named President and CEO of PCI Geomatics Corporation USA, and will focus on building business in the US marketplace. Mr. Werle will also lead PCI Geomatics’ global business development operations, working in concert with Dr. Robert Moses, President and CEO of the Canadian-based parent company PCI Geomatics Enterprises Inc.

Mr. Werle brings over twenty years of experience in the geospatial and technology industries. Prior to joining PCI Geomatics, he held the role of Vice President for The Boeing Company in Washington, D.C. Mr. Werle has also held Senior Executive positions at Motorola, Signal Technology Corporation, Loral Corporation and EG&G Inc.

Mr. Werle holds a B.S Engineering degree from Northern Arizona University and a M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), the Open Geospatial Consortium Interoperability Institute, and the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF).
