PCI Geomatics announces Enhanced Customer Service Plan

Richmond Hill, Ontario – July 29, 2004: PCI Geomatics announced changes to its customer service plans today, that include renaming existing product support plans and adding a new premium Gold Level Support. The new levels of support are Bronze which replaces Update Only Service , Silver which replaces Software Support & Update and Gold – a new level of premium service.

“Our new Gold Level Service addresses the needs of select customers who require faster turn-around time and more one-on-one support than we previously offered,” said Sean Borman, Manager of Technical Support and Training, PCI Geomatics.
