PRISM imagery problem

Hi,
I'm trying to use PCI Orthoengine to extract DEM from ALOS PRISM stereo 
imagery, but I can't import them into project.
I have the following error message when I try to do it:

"The image could not be read.
Either the task for reading this data format is missing or a new process 
for the task could not be initiated"

My images are 1B1 format and I followed the tutorial that you can find 
here: 
http://www.pcigeomatics.com/support/tutorials/pdf/dem_extraction_prism.pdf.

Any solutions or suggestions?
