Re: Terra-SAR data import

Title: Re: Terra-SAR data import
Hi Michael,

Thanks for the info —according to the html help, the xml is the file to open but does not correctly —was in touch with their support and the html help is for the 10.2.1 release that will support this format, not this 10.2! FYI-ENVI does not open this either, we would need to purchase sarscape add-on,
Thanks for your response —the only one I received!
Anne

Hi Anne,
I have TSX data but haven’t done much with it. Have you tried opening the xml file directly with Focus?

Subject: Terra-SAR data import

Hi everyone,

I have a student here with Terra SAR SSC data. In the geomatica help, it provides a lot of detail, and that we should be able to simply “File – Open”, however, focus wants the header, pixels and lines info and when I input, it does not work (scrambled image). I read in the help to use the xml file (?) but this does not work, the data is *.cos format. Has anyone successfully imported this data to view? I would love to view and have the associated georeferencing displayed. I have  a quicklook and confirmed that the data files are all in the folder,

Thanks for any information,
Anne Grant
