Reading MODIS QA Science Data Sets using FIMPORT?

Hi

I am working with MODIS data (V005 MODIS 8-Day Surface Reflectance 500m) 
and need to import some of the quality flags (QA Science Data Sets (see 
http://edcdaac.usgs.gov/modis/qa/mod09a1_qa_v5.asp). Currently using an 
EASI script to import the MODIS data using FIMPORT. Fimport reads the 12 
bands from the *.hdf file (see 
http://edcdaac.usgs.gov/modis/mod09a1v5_sds.asp) but skips the "500 m 
reflectance Band quality" which is a 32 bit field with several flags).

How do I read the quality flags using PCI-Geomatics software, preferably 
EASI?
