Try Elshayal Smart GIS
It allows you to : Download Maps from Google Earth, and Trace & save  
GPS route and View and Rectify Raster Images gif, jpg, bmp and Edit  
shape files

It is available in http://www.smartwebonline.com/

So it might be usefull for you to download, and install it
Then use it to download your area map from Google Earth
Then use it to trace and save your GPS reciver points into point shape file
