Thanks for your help, 
but I'm able to clip an image using pci commands (by focus or imageworks),
I need to do it by command-line.

You open both the layers first and select (highlight) raster to be
clipped.  you select the clip layer (which is a file of a vector in .pix
format).  Give a name to the output and ok it. Its done
