Specifies the range of input grey levels.

<UL>
<LI> DBIC and ISTR cannot both be specified. 
<LI> One of DBIC, ISTR must be specified. 
<LI> Default is 0,255. 
<LI> i must be in range [0,254]. 
<LI> j must be in range [1,255]. 
<LI> j must be greater than or equal to i. 
<LI> Only grey values in this range will be stretched; the rest are
treated in accordance with the parameters OSTR, LCTR and HCTR.
