REW -- Mag Tape Rewind

Rewinds the magnetic tape on the selected tape drive.

REW has no global parameters.

To rewind the tape drive, ensure MT00 is set to the appropriate device name, then run REW.

Tape should be mounted on drive and the drive should be on-line.
