<H3>NON PROJECTIONS</H3>
The following supported units do not have any associated projection
information and cannot be projected to equivalent LONG/LAT or
projection coordinates:
<P>
<UL>
<LI> PIXEL
<LI> METRE
<LI> FOOT
<LI> UTM without a zone number
</UL>
NOTE:  METRE or FOOT can have an ellipsoid specified.  (The default
is METRE or FOOT with no ellipsoid.)<p>
In OrthoEngine when METRE or FOOT is used as the units, an ellipsoid
has to be selected as the equatorial and polar radii are used in the
calculations.<p>
For other products (e.g. PACE programs), the ellipsoid is not used
directly for METRE or FOOT so specifying the ellipsoid is optional.
