MICTG -- USGS CTG Tape to Database Transfer

Transfers image data from a USGS (United States Geological Survey) Land Use and Land Cover CTG (Composite Theme Grid) format magnetic tape to a PCIDSK database file.

NOTE: MICTG reads ASCII format CTG data, but NOT "binary" (unformatted) CTG data.
