MIAVHRR -- NOAA-AVHRR Tape to Database Transfer

Transfers image data from a NOAA AVHRR format tape to an image database file. This program creates a new image database file if it does not already exist. Supported AVHRR data formats include: Level 1b 10-bit/16-bit HRPT/LAC, Level 1b 10-bit/16-bit GAC, AES 10-bit, AES TeraScan, and AVHRR CEOS (Raw AVHRR CCT Image Format).
