<H5>Permanent Apply LUT</H5>
The panel contains a ``Permanent Apply LUT-&gt;Image'' button. This button 
allows the user to create a new image from the specified LUT. That is, 
the result of the image data with the applied LUT is written to the image 
plane. Once the ``Permanent Apply LUT-&gt;Image'' button is pressed, the 
original data of the image plane is lost.
