Export of Works ASCII RST files is supported. These files are exported
with a type of "RST", if it is possible to acquire a representation
table from the source layers. The RST file can only contain 1 layer.Only one RST can be stored in each file and it is always in segment 1.
An empty text file may be produced if exported from a file that does not contain an RST.
