Geogateway supports the image variants which have 1, 2, 4, 8 or 24 bits per pixel. Rasters with 1, 2 and 4 bits per pixel are mapped to 8 bits per pixel in Geogateway. Rasters with 24 bits per pixel are mapped to rasters with three channels in Geogateway.
Export of PCX files is supported. PCX files are exported with a type of "PCX".
Geogateway can only create PCX files using one or three channels.
Geogateway creates 8 bit per pixel rasters if the raster has one channel or 24 bit per pixel if the raster has three channels.
