The triangular tin elements are read as triangular whole polygons (four vertices each). Each vertex of each polygon has a Z coordinate indicating the elevation of that corner of the mesh element. This organization is suitable for use as a TIN with the OrthoEngine DEM Generation tools.
Arc/Info TIN files contain no projection information, therefore the files are treated as being in generic metres.
The vectors will have no attributes. No other information is stored in the Arc/Info TIN files.
