<H4>Lookup Tables (LUT)</H4>
The LUT segment contains a lookup table. Fundamentally this consists of
256 8-bit values, between 0 and 255. It is normally used to apply an
enhancement to raster data; however, it can also be used to encode a thematic
class remapping.
