Define Georeferencing Units

When performing ``Image To User Coordinates'' tie-down, the selection of a georeferenced database is optional. Instead, the ``Define Georeferencing Units'' step may be selected from the GCPWorks main panel to set the desired georeferencing system.

Once defined in this panel, the georeferencing system cannot be changed. The control used to define the georeferencing system is called a GeoEdit, or Georeferencing Editor.
