Image Averaging average filters one image into another with weighting. 

 IA [n1,n2,...,n11]

 n1:      Destination image plane             <last image>
 n2:      Source image plane                  <n1>
 n3-n11:  Weights for averaging               <1>
Weights are assigned as follows in a 3X3 matrix:
