<H3>Signature Histograms</H3>
This function creates a Signature Histogram panel showing histograms for the 
currently selected training site for each Classification Input channel. The 
purpose of this function is to show if the training site data is normally 
distributed or not.<p>
This panel is very similar to the Multi-Histogram Panel available under the
View menu of ImageWorks. By default, histograms of the first three 
Classification Input channels are displayed. However, a row of buttons near 
the top of the panel can enable the display of histograms for the other 
channels. <p>
The Maximum Percentage Shown slider bar is implemented near the bottom
of the panel.
