CD Input Programs

While computer compatible tape (CCT) has long been a standard medium for distribution and archiving of image data, CDs are becoming more prevalent in this role. Since several "standard" file formats exist, PCI provides a number of CD reading programs, available mainly in the satellite orthorectification packages.

For some formats, you can use GeoGateway to directly access files on the CD, instead of using one of the specific input programs.

The following list of CD I/O programs indicates the PACE package to which each program belongs, and provides a brief description of what the program does.
