PCI Geomatics and RADARSAT International Sign Agreement

Richmond Hill, Ontario - March 5, 2001:   PCI Geomatics and RADARSAT International (RSI) are pleased to announce the completion of negotiations that have produced a new license arrangement, providing RSI with additional floating licenses for OrthoEngine(r) and EASI/PACE(r) software solutions. The approximate value of this agreement remains undisclosed.

EASI/PACE is PCI Geomatics' internationally acclaimed and industry proven remote sensing software that provides a wide range of image processing algorithms, classification and mapping tools, analysis functions, and various other geospatial applications. OrthoEngine is PCI Geomatics' award winning photogrammetry software solution. Both EASI/PACE and OrthoEngine work with an extensive range of data formats using interactive environments to produce professional results. 

The signing of this agreement brings an expanded roll for PCI Geomatics software solutions and product support to RSI, allowing RSI to provide its optical clients with extended operational services.
