PCI Geomatics Welcomes New Senior Software Developer

Richmond Hill, Ontario- September 21, 1999:  PCI Geomatics is pleased to
welcome
Mr. Stephane Fellah to the Research and Development Department as Senior
Software Developer.  Fellah will be instrumental in enhancing and developing
PCI Geomatics' digital photogrammetry product, OrthoEngine®.

Holding a Master of Science degree in Computer Vision and a Diploma in
Computer Science and Electronics, Mr. Fellah joins PCI Geomatics directly
from his position as Image Processing Manager of MAPS Geosystems, one of the
largest Aerial Mapping firms in the world.  Prior to that Mr. Fellah worked
as a Technical Manager at IMA/GEO, a company that specialized in the
development of orthophotos and GIS solutions.

having worked with a wide range of image processing and GIS software
products as well as digital photogrammetric systems," comments Mr. David
Stanley, Vice President of Research and Development.
