PCI Geomatics receives the 1999 Federal Partners in Technology Transfer Award

Richmond Hill, Ontario - June 21, 1999   PCI Geomatics is proud to =
announce that it has received the Federal Partners in Technology =
Transfer (FPTT) Award.  The award was presented in Ottawa on Monday =
evening, June 21, 1999 in conjunction with the FPTT Workshop on =
"Collaborative R & D - A Quantum Leap In Technology Transfer." =20

Mr. David Stanley, Vice President of R & D and Dr. Philip Cheng, Senior =
Scientist both of PCI Geomatics were presented with the award, along =
with Dr. Thierry Toutin of the Canada Centre of Remote Sensing (CCRS).  =
The trio received the award for their joint efforts in the development =
and transfer of algorithms that formed the basis of PCI Geomatics =
satellite ortho correction software (OrthoEngine(r) Satellite Edition).=20

"The presentation of this award demonstrates the commitment of PCI =
Geomatics to work in partnership with leading edge research =
establishments in order to bring the latest technological developments =
to the geomatics community comments Dr. Robert Moses, President and CEO =
