                       PAMAP GIS VERSION 5.2 RELEASED

April 20, 1998 - Victoria, British Columbia: The PCI Geomatics Group is
pleased to announce the release of PAMAP GIS 5.2, a fully integrated raster
and vector GIS software package. The release features a redesigned user
interface and database management program which allow for the integration of
existing client data and workflows. Version 5.2 is available for use
immediately on Windows 95 and Windows NT platforms.

PAMAP GIS provides a powerful suite of analysis, planning and forecasting
tools. Additional features include; graphical toolbox customization for
automating repetitive functions, support for multiple planning rings, and
the integration of the Group's GeoGateway(r) technology.  GeoGateway
provides direct read/write data access to most popular GIS, CAD, mapping and
image formats.  It is a simple way to move data between PAMAP GIS 5.2 and
other image processing, digital photogrammetry and cartographic software
programs.
