   PCI Releases Geometric Correction and Image Fusion Software Module


May 29, 1997 - Richmond Hill, Ontario:  PCI Enterprises Inc. announces the
release of the ImageLock Data Fusion software package which is designed to
perform semi-automatic geometric correction and then fuse corrected
multi-sensor imagery.  The module is an addition to the Version 6.1 update
of PCI's EASI/PACE software suite and is available immediately for use on
Windows and UNIX platforms.

Once imagery has been fused, ImageLock Data Fusion performs noise and
artifact removal, and change detection analysis. The fused imagery is
usually superior and maintains its statistical integrity and is therefore
ideal for operations such as image classification and statistical based
algorithms.

"The ImageLock Data Fusion package is an important addition to PCI's
premier image processing package EASI/PACE. The addition of this and
similar modules is reflective of PCI's commitment to ensure that it
