The foundation of PCI Geomatics' success is the leadership and vision of its management team. The team's knowledge, expertise and experience in the geomatics industry have enabled PCI to set a new standard of excellence for geospatial software and solutions.
Terry MoloneyPresident & CEO
Terry Moloney, President and CEO, joined PCI Geomatics in 1994 and held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer before being appointed President & CEO in 2010. Reporting to the Chairman of the Board, he is responsible for developing and implementing the Company's strategic plan and overseeing the worldwide operations.
Mr. Moloney has 25 years of experience in the GIS and remote sensing industry, he has served on several Earth Observation committees and holds an Honours Degree in Applied Geography from Ryerson Polytechnic University and is a graduate of the Executive Program, Queen's University School of Business.
David StanleyChief Technology Officer
David Stanley is responsible for all aspects of Research and Development at PCI Geomatics. Mr. Stanley has been with the company since 1981. During that time he has been involved in every aspect of development from system level driver implementation, hardware and systems configuration, language design, algorithmic research and development, interface design, project management and proposal writing.
Application areas have ranged from image processing, mapping, satellite geometric correction and image processing for aerial photography, SAR and Optical Satellites. Mr. Stanley has recently obtained and has led a number of large multi-year R&D projects worth over $40M. He has received national recognition by being one of several PCI Geomatics members cited for exceptional contributions to the GeoComp development project, through the Sector Award of Merit, issued by the Earth Sciences Sector of Natural Resources Canada and Federal Partners in Technology Transfer award for ortho correction and visualization software for satellite images.
Mr. Stanley received his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Toronto in 1981 and became involved in graduate work pertaining to Artificial Intelligence. He is a Member of the Board for PCI Geomatics, a Director of GIAC, and a former Member of the Board for Geoide.
Louis BurryVice-President, Technology & Delivery
Louis Burry has been with PCI Geomatics since 1984 and has over twenty five years of experience within the geomatics industry. He has been the PCI technical representative to the Open GIS Consortium and editor of the OpenGIS Consortium implementation specification for grid coverages. He is a PCI Oracle product specialist, and has participated in numerous custom solutions projects for image centric customer applications.
Mr. Burry was a key developer in the TYDAC Technologies SPANS GIS Raster Spatial Analysis product. Mr. Burry holds Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science and Chemistry from Memorial University.
Lynn Brown-HarperVice-President of Operations
Lynn Brown-Harper has been with PCI Geomatics since 2005 and has over 19 years of experience in corporate business. Her expertise is in Human Resources, Administration and Operations management.
As Vice-President of Operations for PCI Geomatics, Ms. Brown-Harper brings extensive experience from her previous positions as Consultant, Office Manager and Head of Administration with local high-tech firms, NGOs and private companies, as well as her involvement with joint private/public sector Boards of Directors.
Ms. Brown-Harper holds an Honours Diploma in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Advanced Human Resources Management, University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. She is also a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
Robert LangChief Financial Officer
Robert Lang has served as PCI Geomatics' Controller since 1997 and has been responsible for corporate reorganization and the integration of financial and management reporting. With over 15 years of experience in the software industry, Mr. Lang previously served as Controller for Toronto-based InContext Systems Inc. where he helped raise $10M in equity and obtain a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to working in the software industry Mr. Lang worked as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Lang holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto, and is a Chartered Accountant.
Arnold HoughamVice-President, Sales & Marketing
Arnold Hougham is a high-tech industry veteran with almost 30 years of experience in academic, government, and private sectors. Mr. Hougham holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography from the University of Waterloo. He was a junior faculty member at the University of Saskatchewan, and learned remote sensing image processing at the Saskatchewan Research Council. He then headed the remote sensing facility for the Government of Alberta.
PCI (PCI Inc.) brought him on as a Sales Representative in 1989, where he worked his way up through the ranks before departing PCI Geomatics as VP Sales and Marketing. Mr. Hougham joined Electronics Workbench (EWB) in order to manage their international reseller network. EWB was then acquired by National Instruments (NASDAQ: NATI) where he worked mainly in the Academic Division in direct sales management and channel sales and marketing management for an 8 year period, overseeing 45% compound annual growth in the academic reseller channel from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Hougham re-joined PCI Geomatics in June 2013 as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
Yubin XinExecutive Director, Greater China Region
Mr. Yubin Xin has been with PCI Geomatics since 1996 and has over 30 years of experience in the Geomatics industry. He has held several positions within PCI Geomatics over his career - he began his career as Software Developer and Senior Scientist, where he developed and managed several software projects dealing with PCI’s desktop and solution technology.
Prior to joining PCI Geomatics, Mr. Xin was a faculty member, lecturer, and director of the Centre of Surveying and Mapping, at the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. Mr. Xin held this position for more than 10 years, prior to his move to Canada in the early 1990s.
Mr. Xin currently holds the position of Executive Director, Greater China Region. Mr. Xin holds a B.Sc. in Surveying Engineering from the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (China), a B.Sc. in Computer Science from York University (Canada), an M.Sc. in Surveying Engineering from Wuhan University (former Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping, China), and an M.Sc in Geomatics Engineering, specializing in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, from the University of Calgary (Canada). Mr. Xin is an active member of the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
