The Web Service Report Form is specifically designed for our Bronze Level and Non-Maintenance customers to report software issues.

In many cases what is perceived as a software issue may actually have a workaround, or can also be from improper use of the tool. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a response to all sevice reports but we will attempt to reproduce the problem. Once this is accomplished, we will repair the problem and have a fix available in one of the next quarterly updates.
